Vivek is a Partner in the Firm. He started his career as a litigation lawyer representing leading Indian companies in numerous matters before India's Supreme Court and the High Court of Delhi. Thereafter, Vivek gained considerable experience in corporate laws.
Vivek's practice areas include foreign investment into India, joint ventures, acquisition of listed and unlisted companies, technology licenses and compliance with the requirements of various Indian regulatory authorities. He also has significant experience in other facets of corporate laws including in preparing a variety of commercial documentation. In the course of his work, Vivek has extensively advised several multinational and Indian clients belonging to diverse industries such as automobiles, hospitality, information technology, pharmaceuticals and speciality products.
