Vijay is a partner in the Firm and has nearly two decades of Law Practice, out of which sixteen years in the Intellectual Property Law Stream.
He is a registered Patent Attorney with the Indian patent Office. His expertise lies in all aspects of each IPR- Creation, Registration, Maintenance and Litigation. He has been associated with reputed Legal 500 law firms of India, heading the trademarks practice in a large firm in a Delhi and Kolkata representing most Fortune 500 organizations.
Vijay has been lecturing on IPR matters to Government officers, judicial offers and at large gatherings of professionals and business persons in all most all Indian cities, including the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology.
Vijay has attended International Trademark conventions and meeting held in various countries.
With deep interest in copyright issues following technological advancements, he has written many articles on the Entertainment Industry vis-a-vis Copyright, Basics of IPR, Joint Family Trademark ownership, among other which have been published in prestigious Professional magazines.
