Essentially based at Delhi High Court, Sujoy handles litigation in the Supreme Court of India which is the Apex Court as well as in other State High Courts in India. Sujoy is highly skilled and specializes in all aspects of litigation i.e. drafting of pleadings, examination and cross-examination of witnesses and arguing matters.
Sujoy’s key practice areas include Alternative Disputes Redressal Forums such as Arbitration and Conciliation. Sujoy has been involved in several high stake arbitration matters. Sujoy has been actively involved in all facets of arbitration including drafting of claims, counter claims and all other pleadings, applications for interim measures of protection, objections to challenge the Arbitral Awards and petitions for the execution and enforcement of the Awards. His arbitration experience embraces both domestic and international commercial arbitrations.
