Siva is a Partner in the Firm’s Hyderabad Office. He practices in the areas of corporate, civil, criminal, economic, industrial, intellectual property and taxation litigation.
Siva has experience in many fields of law and has practiced on the original as well as the appellate side in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, including trial courts and various quasi judicial authorities. Siva appeared for a defendant in a trademark infringement action in the United States and succeeded in getting the action dismissed by the District Court. Siva was the legal advisor for Object Model Inc., a Michigan Company based at Detroit in the US, where among other things he managed contracting and licensing deals including liaison with Government agencies.
Siva has extensive experience in the original side jurisdiction of the High Court, both in writ as well as company petitions; and also in the appellate side jurisdiction. During his practice he has represented reputed corporate houses and agencies of the Government and was Legal Advisor to the Maharaja of Bobbili and the Maharaja of Pithapuram.
Siva has considerable experience in the areas of contracts, patents and licensing, collaborations, joint ventures, company law matters, real estate documentation, debt recovery, income tax, central excise and sales tax, FDI, labour, environment, mortgages, arbitration and compliance.
His practice areas include litigation, corporate law practice in the areas of company law, foreign investment, contracts, property, labour, environment, arbitration, mortgages, all kinds of taxation and intellectual property and licensing.

- Awarded the second prize in the prestigious paper presentation competition held by the Bar Association of Andhra Pradesh on the topic “Promissory Estoppel and its application against the State”.
