Ricky is a Partner in the firm.His practice includes advising private and government corporations on takes-overs, divestures, mergers and acquisitions. Further, it also includes advising multinational corporations on general corporate and commercial matters in a variety of industries including chemicals, pharmaceuticals and electronics automotive, hospitality, finance, petroleum, and medical equipment . He has mentored and advised start ups on company law, venture capital & private equity, regulatory affairs and technology licensing. He has an extensive background in working in New York with a leading law firm. He has significant experience in advising companies in technical contractual arrangements, marketing transactions and outsourcing. In addition to the forgoing he has considerable experience in intellectual property strategic counseling. He has worked closely with top law firms of US and UK on intellectual property matters.
He has designed and conducted numerous programs for training the top management of companies on various legal issues. He has advised the largest multinational corporations on employment law and FDI matters. He has also represented many clients in the courts in matters ranging from property disputes to specific performance. Ricky's global work experience gives him a widespread understanding of the international business markets.
Ricky is an invited Charter member of TiE, a global not-for-profit organization of entrepreneurs and professionals dedicated to the advancement of entrepreneurship.
