| Mr. Padmanaban Raju is the Partner of the Firm. Prior to joining of the firm, he worked for a multi-national Japanese company for almost 33 years. During that period, he has acquired vast experience in corporate & other allied laws in general and Taxation in particular. He also actively involved in providing litigation support to the company in Taxation matters.
He has also handled matters relating to drafting of lease agreements for office premises and residences. Also extended necessary support in labor related matters such as drafting of Code of Conduct/employment contract for employees and in the holding of domestic enquiry.
He also has extended necessary support in the drafting of joint venture agreements. He advised the company on a number of queries relating to corporate laws and other allied laws including FEMA from time to time.
