Neeraj is a Partner in the Firm’s Litigation practice at New Delhi. His professional experience encompasses more than twenty years in myriad Litigation and Litigation related matters primarily in the arena of General Civil Law and Corporate Commercial Litigation spanning most Courts including the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, various State High Courts including Allahabad, Rajasthan, Punjab and Haryana and Chennai.
In addition, he is a founding member of the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) Bar Association and has been regularly appearing as an arguing counsel at the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, various Consumer Redressal Commissions, including The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Appellate Authority for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (AAIFR), the BIFR, Company Law Board and MRTP among others.
Neeraj has also represented several large Public as well as Private Sector Banks in their Securitization related initiatives, including Litigation under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 and has represented the Government of Haryana in the District as well as the High Court of Delhi during the period 1993-1996 with distinction.
