Kapil is a Partner with Kochhar & Co., working out of its New Delhi office. Mr. Arora’s experience spans over 8 years with significant expertise in commercial laws and alternate dispute resolution.
Mr. Arora's primary area of practice is litigation encompassing commercial, energy & power, real estate, civil and criminal laws. His profile includes handling litigation matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Courts across India, Commissions, Tribunals, Consumer Fora and District Courts.
In addition to the dispute resolution practice, his practice areas include joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and development agreements. Mr. Arora has also been involved in assisting clients in setting up Power Projects. He also has significant experience in drafting and reviewing of EPC Contracts, due diligence and day to day advice on compliance and corporate governance matters in construction of Power Plants.
